Built on a culture of support and possibility, TAC connects real estate professionals to what matters most—conversations, education, partnerships, collaboration, and growth.

Married for more than 30 years, Sean and Melanie have built both a family and a business centered on service, leadership, and long-term vision. Their shared passion for helping others recognize opportunity led them to align with eXp Realty, where they continue serving buyers, sellers, investors, and real estate professionals across South Carolina.

Sean Jager is a licensed Broker, full-time REALTOR®, listing expert, and buyer specialist with more than 27 years of experience and over 1,400 successful real estate transactions. As leader of The JAGER Team, he is committed to providing trusted guidance, exceptional service, and outstanding results for every client.

Melanie Jager brings a lifelong background in education, organizational leadership, and systems development. As Director of The AGENT Connection™, she leads agent onboarding, educational initiatives, and support programs designed to help agents build confident, productive, and sustainable businesses.

For more than 27 years, Sean and Melanie Jager have dedicated their careers to helping people navigate one of life's most important decisions while building a business centered on service, relationships, and integrity.

Together, they lead The JAGER Team at eXp Realty—a Lowcountry real estate family committed to serving buyers, sellers, investors, and fellow real estate professionals throughout South Carolina and beyond. With more than 1,400 successful real estate transactions, Sean has earned a reputation for trusted expertise and servant leadership, while Melanie brings decades of experience in education, leadership development, curriculum design, and professional training.

Their vision extends beyond helping families buy and sell homes.

Sean and Melanie are also the founders of The AGENT Connection™, a professional culture center created to support, encourage, and connect real estate agents through relevant education, meaningful conversations, innovative resources, collaboration, and new opportunities.

Rather than a coaching program, team, or paid membership, The AGENT Connection is a place where agents can access practical support, build meaningful relationships, and become better positioned for long-term professional success.

Our purpose isn't to create someone else's success. Our purpose is to help agents become well-positioned for it.

Today, that vision has become a true family endeavor. Alongside Sean and Melanie are their sons, Michael Jager, an accomplished young real estate professional, and Gabriel Jager, a rising junior at The Citadel pursuing a degree in Marketing and Real Estate. Together, they represent two generations committed to serving clients, investing in others, and helping shape the future of the real estate profession.
